As Trang's favorite brunch place, we decided to stop here for some breakfast before heading out for our hike through Tallulah Falls.
1. Challah French Toast Stuffed with Honeyed Ricotta and served with Brown Sugar Glazed Berries + Maple Syrup
Cheesy and fruity with warm maple syrup - one of the best french toasts Ray has had to date. Definitely a must-order and a favorite among the locals.
2. Napolean Complex, Pressed Brie, Proscuitto with Red Onion, Fig Jam, Foccacia
Not a winner - the bread was dry and crumbly and the saltiness of the proscuitto overpowered the red onion and fig jam.
3. honey-glazed bacon -tasty and crispy, almost as if it was deep-fried.
