Breakfast Granola | Pastry Queen

It was Wildcard Week for Project Pastry Queen. As I am spending the weekend in San Francisco, I opted for a simple recipe for this week's challenge. I've never made homemade granola before but I will from now on! So simple and delicious!

dried

Mix all the dry ingredients together - I ended up throwing in all my odds and ends of leftover fruits and nuts, including dried blueberries and large coconut flakes.

sugar

Boil the honey-oil mixture until all melted - I substitute agave for the honey.

pour

Pour the liquid into the dry mix.

PRE-BAKE tRAY

Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy! Next time, I will try and add some puffed rice for some extra texture and crunch.
